Parliament adopts bills on Compulsory Health Insurance – The Parliament adopted the bills on amendments to the law “On the budget of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2023 and the planning period 2024-2025”, “On the budget of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund for 2024 and planning period 2025-2026” in the first reading on December 7.
The MPs were presented a report on the execution of the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund’s budget for 2022. Information about the bills was presented by Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliev.
The income and expenditure of the budget of the Fund were increased by 791 million 410,000 soms for compulsory health insurance, due to an increase in receipts of insurance premiums.

The approved revenue of the budget for 2023 increases by 1 billion 341 million 38,000 soms. Expenditures increase by 1 billion 341 million 38,000 soms. The income and expenses will amount to 30 billion 111 million 819,000 soms.
The draft budget for 2024 is based on income and expenses of 29 billion 855 million 482,000 soms. A forecast for 2025 reaches 31 billion 304 million 613,000 soms and for 2026 – 32 billion 66 million 463,000 soms.
