Hiring Tele Sales Insurance Executive in Lahore – US Insurance
Tele-sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products and services over the phone. Primary objective will be to engage potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and a results-driven approach.
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to identify their insurance needs.
– Present and explain our insurance products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
– Effectively handle objections and address customer concerns to build trust and credibility.
– Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities.
– Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
– Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
– Continuously strive to improve sales skills through training, feedback, and personal development.
– Minimum Intermediate, Bachelors will be preferred.
– Prior Experience of Insurance industry is a must.
– Tele Sales background will also be preferred.
